This advanced 8-week course builds on the Intro to TCM Course, designed for herbalists, wellness practitioners, and dedicated learners seeking to strengthen their diagnostic skills and clinical applications. You’ll gain culturally rooted insights, develop confidence in herbal formulation, and expand your understanding of TCM theory to better support yourself and your community.
Advanced TCM diagnostics: clinical intake, the 8 principles of diagnosis, tongue diagnosis, and pulse analysis
Herbal formulation skills: how to craft, adapt, and modify formulas for specific patterns and needs, including study of both classic TCM formulas and modern formulations
System-based study: Yin–Yang theory, Qi and Blood dynamics, Zang Fu organ systems, and energetic imbalances
This course is ideal for students who have completed our Introduction to TCM Course or those with prior TCM training and experience.
